I very much opt for black beans over kidney beans these days too. And until very recently, it was tinned beans all the way. Ooh, but we do like to sprout beans and get all the nutrient goodies from sprouted stuff. I chuck sprouted beans and seeds on a jacket potato in the evening, along with avocado, kimchi, and tempeh.

Either choice you make for paid subscribers is good with me. That said, if there's a print/postcard, they would go straight up on my office art wall to enjoy ongoing. 🎉

Oh, interesting. This is not something I've done, though my mum used to do lots of sprouting when I was little. I think it's one of those things you need to get into and then becomes a straightforward habit. But currently it's sitting in the 'that sounds like too much work' section of my head.

Thanks. I would really love to send out prints, but I am also realising that might, with a global audience, come up against postage and customs issues. I am investigating, though, so it's not out of the question quite yet.
